Booking terms

A date for a wedding, special occasion or photo shoot is reserved only once the deposit has been paid. The deposit is due when you book and is not refundable or transferable, because I turn down other clients for that date.

We agree on a start and end time together. Makeup usually takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour per person, so please book enough time. Everyone being styled needs to be ready at the agreed time. When several people are styled, it happens at one location, one after the other, without breaks in between. Extra services on the day are possible only if time allows.

Bookings are handled in the order they are confirmed. If I cannot provide the service because of illness, an accident or other circumstances beyond my control, I will let you know as early as possible.

I complete your makeup and hair to your satisfaction within the agreed time. By accepting the finished look, you confirm that you are happy with it.

A trial can be booked for services that don't include one. It lasts up to 2 hours and is paid separately on the day of the trial. If you can't attend, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the trial is charged and added to your final invoice.
